Hesham Nagy il nostro driver ci ha portato alle camere e ci ha riportato alla reception con grande professionalità e rispetto. Jordian Joseph Responsabile in reception, persona squisita professionista e di grande disponibilità.

La posizione fronte mare èeccezionale,la barriera corallina è molto bella. Il personale molto gentile. Il responsabile della struttura Jordian è una persona simpaticissima e pronta ad esaudire qualunque richiesta. I responsabili della ristorazione Wael e Sharif hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Tutti i camerieri sono pronti e servizievoli in particolare Ahmed. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la pulizia della camera al nostro arrivo ma Hashem responsabile della pulizia ha subito risolto tutto. Speriamo tanto di tornare

Gli orari del ristorante. A cena chiude alle 21 La funicolare non è in funzione. È vero che ci sono navette che ti portano su e giù ma questa cosa è vincolante

The hotel staff and manager Jordian were very accommodating to us and upgraded our room to a pool view and even extended our stay until 5pm the day we were meant to leave due to out flight being later at night. The room was very clean and the food was very decent and there were many options for us, would come again

Ubicación, personal e instalaciones. Todo muy ordenado y limpio. Cualquier cosa que solicitábamos nos complacían. Excelente wifi y comida.

The staff is very great and helpfull specially mr mohamed Abdelrahman and mr jordian joseph, all the facilities in the hotel are greats the room so clean and comfortable and the food delicious and there are variation,the are great bar man ali salma, magdy mohamed waed goama, ahmed abdelaziz provide us all the day with fresh drinks, the pool is fantastic and the see view marvelous, there are reefs and fish of red sea 👌👌👌

From the time we arrived we were looked after by the front office manager, Jordan Joseph. We were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel. We were that happy we booked a second night.

מלון מאוד גדול. יש כמה בריכות וגישה טובה לים לשנירקול.. חדרים גדולים מיטות נוחות וגדולות עם נוף לבריכה ולים. ארוחת בוקר בשפע. צוות מאוד שירותי. קיבלנו שירות מצויין והרבה רצון טוב

מי שמתקשה בהליכה צריך לקחת בחשבון שהמלון משתרע על פני שטח גדול. יש עגלות גולף שלוקחות אותך ברחבי המלון אבל אם לא בא לחכות להם צריך ללכת ברגל הרבה מדרגות. בנוסף לא נתנו למונית להיכנס עד פתח המלון אלא רק עד השומר וצריך ללכת עם המזוודות.
