لا شي لم يعجبني

L’hotel è localizzato molto bene, vicino al centro storico di Sharm. Lo Staff è molto gentile, e ci ha coccolato in queste mini ferie. Il cibo buono, molta varietà. Il mare della spiaggia da sogno, si possono vedere tantissimi pesci!

Lascio come suggerimento aumentare l’offerta di cibo nei snack bar delle piscine e della spiaggia in quanto ad oggi servono solo bibite: avere qualche snack, gelato, fast food, anche a pagamento, sarebbe l’ideale, per chi va senza pensione completa o All inclusive e ai vuole concedere da mangiare durante il giorno. La funivia presente dovrebbe essere in funzione, purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno non lo era, e avendo tante scale non è l’ideale per persone più anziane o per le famiglie con piccoli bimbi. Spero che ci sia una manutenzione della funivia presto per gli ospiti in futuro.

The staff is super friendly and helpful Especially Mr. Jordian who welcomed us at the front desk . He was super friendly and helpful. Th hotel has a prime location with excellent sea view. Lots of activities parties and events. The diving center is great and snorkeling is available at the beach of the hotel. Kids loved everything and the staff is super friendly and active. The food was great and Ibrahim Naiem and Ossama Salah( food and beverage ) were very nice.

Everything was great, food, room, service, pool parties, beach with coral and snorkeling/diving spots were amazing. Staff were very helpful from the checkin moment till goodbye Ask for Jordian the front desk manager he is very decent and supportive.
