Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort

La reception ci ha assistito in ogni nostra esigenza. Non parlano italiano ma accontentano in ogni richiesta. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla spiaggia, resort tranquillo con diverse piscine posizionate in aree con differente animazione, dalla discreta alla movimentata , possibilità di usufruire di diversi punti bar 🍸, all inclusive un pò da migliorare, in quanto al pomeriggio non c'era possibilità di spuntini salati o fuori orario...e poca informazione sulle regole dello stesso. 3 ristoranti di cui 2 prenotazioni e possibilità di prenotare una cena in spiaggia a pagamento.

Cibo per lo più per clientela asiatica. A colazione ho sentito la mamcanza di semi, frutta secca e creme da spalmare...alle pietanze non vi era affissa una descrizione con il contenuto deibpiatti figurarsi gli allergeni. Il locale è frequentato prevalentemente da russi e arabi, per cui il cibo rispecchia i loro gusti...il menù è abbastanza vario, ma è sulle bevande che c'è una pecca..sono a temperatura ambiente, .cosa che richiede l'utilizzo di glhiaccio sconsigliato in Egitto in quanto prodotto con acqua desalinata a cui non siamo abituati, non servono bevande inbottigliate nemmeno su richiesta eccetto in camera, ma solo alla spilla...Per coprire le distanze spesso abbiamo usufruito della navetta ma per chiamarla era un pò complicato... Il servizio ATM nella struttura ha costi di commissione altissimi e se non si negozia anche il servizio taxi offerto risulta esagerato. Eccetto l'esperienza iniziale che non rientra tra le migliori come benvenuto, per cui la camera non era stata trovata nelle migliori condizioni, capelli qua e là, coperte non pulite, frigo datato e sporco che non funzionava e perdeva acqua ... bollitoio incrostato, bagno allagato da doccetta sostituita al mattino su nostra richiesta, nel corso della vacanza si sono fatti perdonare omaggiandoci di un bel vassoio di frutta ( peccato senza piatti e coltelli per mangiarla)...in generale esperienza ottima ma non da 5 stelle italiane. Ci ritornerei senza dubbi soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

كل شي مشينا فالخمسة ايام هذول 100 كيلو مشي بس بالفندق مفيش اوتوبيسات تخدنا الاوتوبيس بييجي كل ساعة مرة خدمة الغرف قرف طلبت فطور جاني بعد ساعة ونص الفطور وصل مش نفس الفطور الي انا طالبه قعدت يومين بدون فوط وشامبو بالحمام العاملين كلهم بيحكو من منخيرهم ومش طايقين حد الاكل وحش فتحت حتة من فرخة وطلع فيها دم والي خلاني خلاص اكره الاوتيل ده انه لما جيت هعمل تشيك اوت جيت اشتكي للمدير انا وصحبي المدير طلب من صحبي يدخل على بوكينج ويدي التليفون خد التليفون من صحبي وحط تقييمات عشرة من دون ميساله ولما صحبي ساله ليه عملت كده قله علشان خطري

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay at Safir Waterfalls! 🎂 ​I was lucky enough to be treated to a one-night stay at the Safir Waterfalls Resort for my 55th birthday. Even though we live in Sharm, this felt like a true getaway! ​The Arrival & The Suite ​From the moment we arrived, the service was polite and professional. We booked through Booking.com and received a room upgrade, but we were in for an even bigger surprise: the manager, Jordian Joseph, personally took us to a Premium Suite via golf buggy! ​The suite was breathtaking—it had a massive living room facing the sea, a full kitchen, a huge double bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. I was absolutely blown away! ​Dining & Drinks ​The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and incredibly hard-working. ​The Italian Restaurant: Jordian managed to get us a spot at the A La Carte Italian restaurant for our birthday dinner. It was a highlight of the trip, especially the fish dish. A huge thank you to Fares for such friendly, professional service. ​The Bars: We visited several bars, but the Latino bar downstairs was a standout—the waiter was so much fun and very welcoming. I also have to mention Waled, who speaks great English and has fantastic service skills. ​Cocktails: The drinks were all-around decent, and we definitely took advantage of the atmosphere! ​Resort Experience ​Cleanliness: The hotel is kept spotlessly clean at all times. ​Beach: The beach area was perfect—great for both sunbathing and snorkeling. ​Vibe: It’s a lovely, diverse resort with guests from all over, including Russia, Belarus, Jordan, Lebanon, and the UK. ​Final Thoughts ​We had such a fantastic time that we ended up booking a second night! My heartfelt thanks go to the entire team, and especially to Jordian for his wonderful management and for going out of his way to have a birthday cake made for my celebration. ​I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great trip to the beautiful Sinai peninsula.

For us there was nothing not to like, however, there should have been a Funicular to transport guest from the main building housing the reception, some bars and restaurants up and down the steep slope to rooms and the beach, but it was out of order. They did put on a bus from the beach up to that building but that wouldn't have helped the guests with rooms between beach and the top. I'm sure it's going to be replaced/repaired but we weren't given a date as to when!
