Everything went Fantastic due to great hospitality of Jordian office front manger, he made upgrade for our room which lead to extend our stay for more 4 days.

I really liked the atmosphere of this hotel. Absolutely all the staff is very kind and constantly smiling, the animations are very funny especially in the evening. The food is delicious, and the rooms are cleaned well. The location of the hotel is large and there are many good places for photos. The only thing I didn't like was that the funicular wasn't working and it was an inconvenience . The noise level is quite good. The value of this hotel is a funicular, as it is very difficult without it in hot weather.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. In particular, Mr. Jordian at the reception is very welcoming . The hotel is clean and organized

this is the most top hotel in Sharm Elsik especially the TMs in terms of warm hospitality and friendly smiling

This is my 2nd time the location and the staff are perfect The room service is amazing thanks to mr mahmoud gamal

Tutto il resort non ha deluso le mie aspettative, il personale è stato veramente disponibile (tutto) sono state soddisfatte tutte le mie richieste ma un plauso particolare va a Mohamed Gamal per la disponibile e la gentilezza. Mare meraviglioso e servizi top

**What I really liked:** 1. **Breakfast**: Food quality was excellent with good variety. 2. **Pools**: The pool was very clean and well maintained. 3. **Staff**: The team was very supportive and welcoming. 4. **Cleaning services**: Housekeeping was excellent, rooms always spotless. 5. **Front Office**: Special mention to Mr. Jordan Joseph – his attitude was outstanding. Always supportive, professional, and his friendly/laughing face made check-in and daily interactions much better.

Areas for improvement:** 1. **Lunch & Dinner**: Food quality was below the breakfast standard. More variety and attention to taste/seasoning would help bring it up to the same level. 2. **Pool bar service**: The pool area is great, but the bar options could be expanded. Adding more alcohol choices, plus simple snacks like nuts, fruits, and chips would make a big difference. I’m fine if these are paid options – guests would still use them.
