I was told that there was a computer before making reservations. That was a lie. They stopped having computers a year ago The bed was hard. I had to change rooms because I’m disabled and needed a tub

I went downstairs tonight to get some things printed that I forgot to print earlier and Amy was able to help get the last few pages done for me. I was previously working with Ashlei on that, but her shift ended. Amy immediately accommodated my needs and even gave me a few cookies to snack on in the room. I'm extremely grateful for their help tonight! Hilton, you have some good ones here, so keep them happy. As I Diamond member that basically lives in your hotels weekly, trust me when I say they are both overachievers!

Eveny and Jackie were amazing!! They made sure we were comfortable and were super friendly. The lady in the breakfast area was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials, the amount of pillows were great. Thank you for everything!!
