Breakfast and the waffles are one reason we stay there. Rene' had all the food in tip top shape, hot or cold as it should have been, and she checked on us several time in addition to being helpful. Delicious! Jazzie and Amy at the front desk were exceedingly nice.

The bathroom had no heat and it was cold! The light blocking shade (not the transparent one) would not work. We reported it after night one. It was never addressed as a problem. There was an accident in one of the beds which needed clean sheets, which we requested and were told would be changed. Again, nothing was done. And frankly I dislike the amenities of soap gel, shampoo, lotion, etc. in a pump on the wall. The substance inside gets stuck, blocks the exit point, and is yucky.

I didn’t make it there I got the flu for Christmas But I’m sure it’s a wonderful place every Hampton inn I’ve stayed at was great. I just didn’t get to experience it. I was at home in bed

Great service! Eboni texts to confirm the stay is good is over the top gold service. Inviting lobby - clean, warm. Always at the desk. Prompt service. Love that a Starbucks is nearby and the hotel is easy to find. Clean room! Will be back for sure!

With everyone having strong opinions nowadays, it can be very challenging to find a good place to stay and affordably. After reading reviews, I booked a double queen bedroom at the Hampton Inn in Woodstock. The keyless/card-less locks were awesome!! I walked into a clean looking a smelling room with fresh linens and comfy beds. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. And when asked for help, Eboni and staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to when I come to visit my kids.

"Overnight stay"

Beds were super comfy, heat worked very well. We stayed here after going to see the lights at the Dixie speedway. Breakfast was way better than expected. Morning staff was a lot friendlier than the evening shift staff. Lots of food options in the area. Short drive off the highway.
