Staff was nice!

We had to change rooms 3 times because each room had something wrong with it and the last room they were nice enough to put us in a king jacuzzi suite just for the water not to work! Despite how uncomfortable I was and irritated I was the manager was very polite and respectful but we could have got a portion of our money back!
