Hamilton Inn Birmingham-Bessemer

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones son cómodas y tiene buena ubicación,olía bien la habitación. El baño estaba limpio. Desayuno americano muy bien.

El único pero.. le falta un poco de limpieza en la entrada de las habitaciones.

All I have to say is bed bugs.

Elevator not working. Moved 3 times to different rooms. Because smells, dirty pussy bed that I laid on top of before realizing it was piss. Air wasn't working in second room. Third room was ok.

Disappointed in cleanliness and pissy bed.

The location was easily accessible to the main highway and close to amenities.

The rooms were dirty. The floors looked like they were not cleaned at all, one room looking like dried pee on the floor. My family members' room did not even have toilet paper in the room. As we were leaving to go out for the day the manager asked how our stay was, we expressed our opinions. While we were away, the staff came in and removed all the towels without replacing them and took a comforter off one of the beds. In one of our rooms, the bathroom door would stop on the tile and didnt open or close properly. The shower had mold stains. DO NOT recommend staying there!!

The experience was weird. I received an email on day of arrival at 2:30 PM stating that our three rooms that were previously booked through Booking.com were canceled due to no payment. When I called, they told me that because there was no payment, they canceled. I informed them that I booked through Booking.com and no pre-payment was required, that I was to pay on arrival. Luckily, they had the three rooms still available. One room did not have any toilet paper. On the second day of our stay, even though there was a do not disturb sign on our doors, someone did indeed go into two of the rooms. However, they did not clean. The beds were not made. The trash was not emptied. They removed all dirty AND clean towels and left no towels behind in the room. When we arrived back to the room at 1:30 in the morning, following a long day at the game, our room keys would not work on the outside perimeter to get in or our room doors. We needed to go back downstairs to get this resolved with the front desk. We were told because it was after midnight, the room keys would not work. Which is strange because there is no curfew at a hotel. Because there were no towels in the rooms, we needed to go back downstairs a second time to obtain towels. However, we were told that the laundry was not done and all they had was bath mats. So we took showers and dried off with small bath mats. The breakfast that was served was just decent. But we don’t mind muffins, cereals, etc. However, there were gnats flying around everywhere. Overall, the staff was pretty nice, however, the facilities is were not.
