Safety concerns for women and children. Do not stay here if you are traveling alone. Room numbers announced by staff in the lobby while other people were present. The hotel's response to this complaint is "your room was on the 3rd floor not the first and there was no exterior door to your room. There are no safety concerns ". Housekeeping used a master key and entered my room without knocking. The hotel's response to this complaint is "it didn't happen". This hotel specializes in gaslighting. I am a gold level member, and I called the Hilton Honors number to complain. I have a case number for my escalation. I asked for assistance in speaking with the property and I was told they can not assist. I asked for something in writing and I was told that will not happen. The representative then hung up on me. Prior to making this post I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, and the corporation the hotel is affiliated. Since there is no resolution and the company tells me the incident I was present for didn't happen, I am left with no other choice but to let the public know about this property.

Called made my reservation the day of arrival for two nights after deciding this would be a good fit for staying after surgery. Had to arrive day before surgery and had to stay day after for observation. I live 5 hours away. The lady who took my reservation was very nice and was able to accommodate me, decent rate, nice room. 😊 I’m a Hilton honors member and stay at many Hilton hotels and have never left a poor review. I checked in on my phone and received my digital key went to the room 406 check in went smoothly. 😊 After settling in I had to get a room key for my husband so I went to the front desk. The young man, I forgot his name, said he couldn’t give me a key without my ID or reservation number. I’m on the fourth floor and now at the front desk on the 1st floor without my purse or ID. I told him I have my phone showed him the confirmation number, I had information. I still had to go back to my room to get my ID ??? I can understand security and I believe I had adequate information. 😕 Asked for my water which I receive at all the Hilton’s, a members perk. I felt as if he didn’t want to give me any, asked if I needed one bottle? I told him I receive two. Hope he didn’t charge me. I will have to check? 😕 While booking my reservation I did ask for room service a refresh of my room for the second day due to me needing fresh bedding and towels. It never happened 😕 My husband went to the front desk and asked for towels, they gave him two towels no wash cloths or hand towels. There were a set of two towels upon arrival and we had used them all the first night. 😕 Ran out of Kleenex, never did ask for more. 😕 I hope this review can be used as a tool for training. Thank you

Excellent Stay – Staff Makes All the Difference! I travel to Billings monthly for work, and this hotel has become my go-to — I won’t stay anywhere else. Kristin and Debby at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. When my room wasn’t ready at check-in, they went above and beyond to make the wait comfortable, offering fresh cookies, cold waters, and genuine hospitality. They truly made the best of the situation and turned a minor inconvenience into a great experience. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are super comfy , everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. And did I mention the 24-hour hot tub? Huge bonus! It’s the staff that really sets this place apart. If you’re headed to Billings, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

Handy for our journey, clean, comfortable, lovely large bed and room

I came here with my family and had to go to a conference downtown billings. We stayed 6 nights. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was always good and stocked full.

Very courteous staff, quiet and clean rooms.

The people were very nice, breakfast was good and the hotel was clean.
