Don’t stay five minutes past checkout time not only do they not knock on the door. They don’t bother to call the room. They just send this crazy ass maintenance guy with some kind of door opening tool that doesn’t know how to use it and tries breaking into your room

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and graciously allowed to check in early—something I truly appreciated after a long, exhausting drive. Three exceptional team members—Tiffany, Kristen, and Paula—worked together seamlessly to locate a freshly serviced room for me, and I was settled in within minutes. Kristen followed up with a kind text welcoming me to Hampton Inn Billings and thanking me for being a valued Hilton Gold member—a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely appreciated. Throughout our one-week stay, I frequently saw Paula, who remained consistently pleasant, attentive, and helpful. She ensured our room was well-stocked and comfortable each day. The room quality overall was above average, with clean surroundings and good amenities like a mini-fridge and workspace. While the bed was a bit saggy for our preference, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. The Wi-Fi was excellent—reliable and fast, which was especially appreciated during our stay. The property itself was impeccably maintained. The pool area was clean and inviting, and breakfast each morning was tasty with a nice variety. The coffee was great too—a small detail, but it made a big difference. We also appreciated the free parking and well-lit lot, which made coming and going at night feel safe and easy. The location was convenient, with good restaurants and shopping nearby, making it a great base for exploring the area. The level of customer service we received at this Hampton Inn far exceeded that of many other Hilton properties we’ve visited recently. Both management and staff deserve high praise for creating such a welcoming and well-run environment. Our only regret is that we don’t visit Billings more often to enjoy this level of service. Quiet location

The location and staff were friendly. Our window seal was broken and ypu could hear everything from outside very clearly. The pool was closed which was why we booked this hotel. An email or phone call warning would have been appreciated. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Front desk, not so helpful.

We recently enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn Billings for four nights. It is a very nice hotel, and was very quiet despite a large number of children staying there for a local soccer tournament. Our room was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel even provided a generous supply of complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was something we have never encountered before outside of some bed-and-breakfast establishments. It was a very nice and welcome perk to our stay. The hotel also provided a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was very well setup, well-cooked and tasty. We also received regular text messages from Kristin, the manager, during our 4-day stay inquiring how things were going and asking if there was anything we needed. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Kristen at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite! The facility and grounds are nice, clean and well kept. I would recommend this place. I am relatively picky. I would suggest it above the other three hotels nearby. Seems comfortable and FAMILY friendly!
