Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the location was great, the facilities were clean and the breakfast was really good!

We would have used the gym more, but the AC was out. They were aware of it and were working on it.

Beautiful part of town. We felt safe and very comfortable. Within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The staff were very courteous. They were all very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable also.

Very good location - easy access to downtown, shopping. Reasonably clean, safe and fairly quiet.

Booked through third which was immediately mentioned by staff upon arrival. It appeared to be not preferred? Not offered/had to ask for the standard complimentary bottled water, was encouraged to have less frequent housekeeping service. Generally cool/not friendly personnel at front desk. Dated bathrooms. Beyond soap, no complimentary amenities/toiletries.

I had a very frustrating experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills. When I first checked in, I was given a room with a broken AC unit. The temperature stayed at 79 degrees, and I had to sit in that uncomfortable room for over an hour before anything was done. That alone made for a rough start to my stay. When I called the front desk, the staff member I spoke with (Jenna) came across as rude and dismissive. Although I was eventually moved to a different room, the situation got worse afterward. Later, when I returned to the hotel while walking my dog, Jenna stopped me in the lobby and spoke to me in a confrontational and unprofessional way. She implied that I was lying about the AC issue just to get a new room, which was honestly shocking and very uncomfortable. Between the unacceptable room conditions and the way I was treated by the front desk, this was a really disappointing experience. I expect much better customer service and professionalism, especially from a Hilton property. I hope management addresses this so future guests are treated with more respect.
