Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills

This is a great smaller hotel near a popular mall so there are tons of places to get to easily. The traffic is an issue, but that is Nashville. This hotel is tucked away just away from that. Great dog friendly as well.

Really comfortable rooms and a great breakfast offering. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

My husband and I spent a great long weekend in Nashville and used this as our home base. It is about 15-20 min to town and thankfully we were able to park where our family was staying and shuttle to town and not worry about parking in downtown. That would have been a pitb. We had a mostly great experience. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was super uncomfortable and they offered to switch our room, but I checked it out and the mattress was essentially the same so we stayed put. They also offered to put a foam topper on if we wanted to which I thought was quite over and above. The older southern lady running the breakfast area on Sat AM is the star of the place. She is absolutely amazing with everyone and just a gem. Food offerings are standard for Hampton and there is definitely plenty for everyone. Free parking and walking distance to the mall are also plusses. Hotel was also nice and quiet with good HVAC. Hotel is older and a little worn, but clean. You can see the wear in the carpets and caulking and shower seals and this place had the most uncomfortable beds of any Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at: Need to be switched out. It also took almost 5 minutes of water running in the shower before it turned hot. We would definitely return if in the area.

Breakfast was fine. Bed was very comfortable and thr bathroom was super clean.
