"One of my best Hilton experiences"

I’ve been Diamond for nearly ten years and this is one of the best Hilton experiences I’ve had. Was there for a week at an event. The hotel was my home away from home, and a bad hotel would have really made the experience tough. This is a decent sized Hampton Inn. The service was impeccable. The room was amazing. The housekeepers were courteous and offered assistance. Frankly it’s rare that housekeepers even talk to guests. The location by the mall is perfect as there were a lot of food options within walking distance. This will be my new go to next time I’m in Nashville.

"EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY!"

I travel a lot for work. I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in September in a Suite so that I had access to a full size refrigerator, small stove top and a microwave. The facility is spotless. Housekeeping is exceptional. Loved that several restaurants are within walking distance including The Cheesecake Factory, Carrabas and several others. The Green Hills Mall is almost in the same parking lot as the hotel as well. I felt very safe in the area and at the hotel. The Front Desk people specifically Jenna, Randy and Lauren treated me like family!!
