"Amazing Customer Service and rooms"

Being a frequent traveler I have stayed at over 100 hotels both in the US and Globally. The Hampton Inn Nashville- Green Hills hotel is one of the best. From the excellent customer service, clean and well presented rooms, and overall experience. This hotel is located within walking distance to a mall, and numerous restaurants and food stores yet far enough away from the noise of the city. My room was immaculate. Again, i believe that this was one of the most pleasant hotels to stay at when you have to be away from home. I would give it a six if possible and I do not rate easily.

"One of the best Hampton Stays."

Very clean and nice room. The beds were very comfortable and my boys and I rested well. My oldest son who requires special accomodations was so happy staying here also. Very nice and safe area. Both evening front desk personnel were the best you could ever ask for. They go out of their way to make you feel important when you walk in and to get you anything you might need. I will definitely be staying at the same hotel when I return to Nashville.

"Great stay, close enough to Nashville but far enough away to have some peaceful downtime."

Location great. We’re from the uk so used to busing and walking, bus station a few minutes walk away for buses to downtown Nashville. Shopping centre also a few minutes walk away. Breakfast good, our Sunday server was so friendly and helpful. Room a great size. Too busy for the pool but looked good. Parking plentiful.

Location is great if your plans center around west Nashville ,front desk was friendly and helpful .parking is challenging especially inside the underground garage ! Breakfast is so typical and average that I won’t waste any more time ,other than to say when is Hampton going to upgrade? Pillows didn’t offer much support !
