Great staff - very clean and pet friendly

We got in late. Check in was quick. However no TV remote so we could check on days events

Location

Used soap left in the bathroom shower. Made me wonder if it was cleaned. Out of eggs and other food at 8:30am., long wait for more to be brought out.

Location was tricky

Room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was nice that it was a walk in shower. We didn’t get up early enough to comment on the breakfast. Hotel was easy to find and great just all around!

Over Memorial Day Weekend, we booked 3 rooms at Hampton Inn as well as one other family member booking his own room. We were very pleased with our experience. First, the hotel is in an area with a few restaurants (as well as a Harley store) nearby. The cute town of Medina was merely minutes away with its wonderful small stores, cute houses, and deer everywhere starting around 6 p.m. I've never seen so many deer simply in people's front yards. Although positioned right off the interstate, we did not hear any traffic at all. The hotel itself was endearing because of the staff. The people staffing the front desk were welcoming, and we saw one particular guy focusing on making the common areas nice for guests. At one point, he was on the floor defrosting a refrigerator containing drinks for sale. We also appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate available around the clock as well as the free peppermints. Beds were comfortable, and the room offered great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plenty of fluffy towels, an extra blanket, etc. The only problem we had was a refrigerator that did not work. If we hadn't been carrying a cooler and could take advantage of the free ice, that would have been a problem. Also, this Hampton Inn offers a great breakfast. In addition to three hot entrees and oatmeal with toppings, they also offer two waffle machines. The only problem with those was that no spray was available to oil the machines, so our waffles stuck to them and did not come out as pretty waffles -- more like waffle pieces. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn.

Clean

Room, Breakfast, greeters friendly but not truthful, room had 2 beds but no table and chairs—Mentioned it to the check-in employee—There were 2 of us and one chair and no table to sit at—His response “Sorry but that is our room set up”. Breakfast SUCKED!!!!! NO good choices. You need to compare yours yours to Quality Inn’s which is much better. Room price is rediculous. A $50 charge was added on without an explanation!!!!!!!
