Lobby and public spaces were under construction. It will probably be fine when it’s done.

Location to Wheaton College was good

We were unaware that they were remodeling.

Clean & comfortable Handy for Chicago games Nice staff Good selection for breakfast

No bar No kettle or facilities to make tea ( it’s a British thing!) Location great for event ( Highland Games) but other than that it’s on a highway which isn’t ideal

Room was perfect, the hotel not so much.

Main lobby under construction. What a mess. Facility didn’t feel welcoming whatsoever. For now for the price I’d go somewhere else.

Clean rooms

Someone went through our room, didn't clean.it. 1st time duffle bag was ope ed.2md time we left the ac was one, when we returned heat was turned up to 86. The food wasn't very good. Was told pool closes at 10, went out side at 1045 whole family in pool. Book a double queen room, was given 2 fulls.

Misrepresented “handicap accessible” rooms. No room had a roll-in shower for guest in wheelchair chair. Poor communication on room cleaning.
