Clean and comfortable

Front desk lady was not pleasant at all. Gave the guy ahead of me a hard time about getting more towels. Said there were no clean towels left to give him. Later that night the pool had run out of towels as well so I asked the lady for more. She hesitated but then found more in back room. The same man was there again asking for toilet paper. He said this is the third time he has asked and no one brought any up. The breakfast food was not being replenished. People were standing around waiting for the hot food items. Construction is loud and messy.
