There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

I’m sharing this in hopes of saving others from the stressful experience of being woken up by a police officer at your door because your car has been broken into. Our truck, along with several other vehicles, was broken into early in the morning during our stay. Unfortunately, we later found out that this is a known and recurring issue at this hotel. There were no posted warnings about the risk of car break-ins, and no visible security presence to help deter this kind of activity. We were told that trucks are especially targeted in hopes of finding money, firearms or power tools. Thankfully, we didn’t have anything valuable inside, so nothing was taken — but the damage and sense of violation were enough to sour the experience. We had to pay $600 out of pocket to repair the broken window, as filing a claim would have caused our insurance to go up. We also reached out to the hotel manager, Jennifer, who showed no interest in helping or taking any responsibility, even though this is a recurring issue on their property, that should have already been addressed. As loyal members, we expected better care and accountability. To make matters worse, we also contacted Hilton corporate, and they too have shown little urgency or willingness to help in any meaningful way. It’s really unfortunate because the hotel staff were otherwise friendly, and the room itself was very nice. But the lack of security, transparency, and proper guest support left us feeling completely let down. If you plan to stay here, do so at your own risk, and do not leave anything in your vehicle. I wish we had known all of this beforehand.

Safe, convenient, clean modern rooms! We enjoyed our stay in the Hampton Inn & Suites.Definitely we recommend it.

Not happy with check in they didn't want to give me my reservation I had booked 2 weeks earlier said they were sold out of rooms but finally they gave me a room

As a former GM this hotel was very clean, well lit and equipped with friendly staff. One small hiccup with the breakfast where the juice machine wasn’t working correctly and the hostess was a little curt but I understand she takes pride in her work and doesn’t appreciate when guests make a mess and Otherwise an excellent experience, even the stairwells were clean.

Clean, spacious room. Convenient parking. Helpful clerk with upgrade. Diningroom attendant was a bit rude. But overvall our experience was good.
