Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

There was no hot water in the morning. None. When I called down to the desk, they said, Let it run. We did. It was terrible to have to take a freezing cold shower. It happened to many, many people that morning, and it seems like an ongoing problem that they need to fix.

The proximity to Beale street.

I wish the microwave was in the room instead of the ice room. It seemed odd to me that a key was required to get into the ice room. I also was sent an email telling me parking was $21 but when I got there it was $26. However, the person at the front desk changed it after a discussion. This probably needs to be corrected.

Hotel decided to switch my room to another one because they were full and it wasn't nothing near what I booked and paid for. I was very disappointed. I brought it to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Also the toilets are too low and toilet paper too cheap. They need to do better

Security and location.

Proximity to all the attractions. Got to take lots of pictures just being there one night

No qualms about anything.

The staff were all very friendly. Felt safe. Great location. Very clean

Paying for parking, the noise level from the road.

Tutto perfetto, camere spaziose,pulite, bagno con vasca e doccia, a 2 passi da Beale Street, veramente ottimo
