Hampton Inn Kansas City-Lee's Summit

The showerhead was less than desirable but otherwise the room was nice. The staff was very helpful and provided us with extra toiletries, a toothbrush and other items we asked for.

The staff was respectful and had great customer service. The bathroom and towels could have used more cleaning. Overall it was a decent stay!

Myranda was great! The room was nice though the bathroom could have used some more cleaning especially under the sink!

The location seemed a little off the beaten path at first, but it turned out to be a good location to get to the activities we had planned. I thought the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was underwhelming, and the front desk attendant claimed I could not receive/get a receipt because I booked through expedia, which is incorrect, as I have got receipts from the hotel when checking out before (after booking through expedia). Shortly after leaving, I received an email receipt from Hilton. There appeared to be a misunderstanding with this front desk attendant. With that being said, overall, it was a great stay.

The bed is very comfortable. HOWEVER the blind are DEFINITELY not blocking the lights of the street out. If your someone like me who has to sleep in an extremely dark room you WILL NOT have that here. I’ve tried putting pillows up agains the windows anything I can think of nothing works. Front desk doesn’t have any sleep mask. I’ve been on a long road trip all week and just wanted to be able to sleep really good but that isn’t happening, I won’t stay here again. Not to mention the hotel is filled with extremely rowdy teenagers that run up and down the hallls, in and out of the elevator’s.

Great stay! Nice walking paths surrounding the hotel.
