Hampton Inn Monroe

Everyone was very friendly and breakfast was delicious!! Very clean!

The property is right off the highway and convenient to stores.

We come in from out of town to visit with family. The common area closed at 10pm and we couldn’t finish watching the football game!

Staff were great! The lady that helps with breakfast was awesome! The reason it gave the other parts a lower score was the condition of the inside. Very run down, wall paper in hallways taped to the wall and comforters on the beds were very worn! Had stayed at other Hampton Inns and they were wonderful so I was definitely disappointed to see the condition of the interior.

Very friendly front desk staff at check in. Room was clean and well stocked. Not able to close the black out curtains so had to have parking lot lights shining in all night and no sense of privacy because I could stand at my car and see in my second floor window. Other than the curtains it was a nice facility. Nice breakfast area well stocked.

Everything was great. Incredibly friendly staff. Room was clean. The breakfast area was clean and good. My only complaint was the pool was too cold to swim in.

This was our second stay here. Loved the place. Location works for us. Clean rooms. Great staff.

The shower water could have been hotter but that's my personal preference.
