Convenient location. Friendly staff.

The room was cool and clean when I checked in. The AC kept the room plenty cool which was very welcome in the Texas summer heat. The room had a mini-fridge. There were two outlets on the bedside lamp. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with a fairly slippery shower floor despite the non-slip strips/coating that had been applied. There was a grab bar for safety. Water pressure was okay. The hotel did not have a market but instead offered vending machines with drinks and snacks. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking.

Not a bad little hotel but the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The manager was very nice and professional.

the place was close to the highway and stores. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

I could figure out how to put the stopper down in the tub.

Kudos to Taylor the attendant at the front desk for fixing a mix up in our reservation. She was very nice in accommodating us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Marshall for the weekend, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic stay. A special mention must go to Shelby H., the manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Shelby's friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our accommodations were perfect, and his personal touch significantly enhanced our visit.
