Beautiful view of the ocean. Bathroom large and clean. Provide bathroom necessities. Breakfast was good.

No pool available, No beach access available. Beds were not comfortable. As soon as you walk in the floor dipped down.

"Do not stay here"

Run down, no beach access, no pool, or hot tub. Rooms smell like mildew. Very displeased. Checked out after 1 night and went to holiday inn next door, which is wonderful.

"I have used Booking.com For many years, I'm looking for a new travel agent."

Did not stay there. After contacting the property with no response, I arrived to find out the pool and beach Access were closed.

I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks. Booking.com customer service is nonexistence, I spent hours on the phone only to be hung up on. Very disappointed to say the least.

"Will not book with them again."

Breakfast was ok. View if ocean was nice.

Pool was closed and no access to beach. Was not informed at booking. Beds were very low to the ground and not that comfortable. We added another night and we're asked to leave before we could use it due to my service dog. Another guest reached for her and she reacted (which she was trained to do) the staff asked us to leave. I have not received a refund as promised.

I had a few issues, but Imani resolved them. She’s a great person. She has a lot of experience and she also is patient and very sweet girl. She’s a great asset to your guys team. Imani girl you rock!!
