Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville/Spartanburg I-85, SC

We were in the area to move in to our new home. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to add an additional night twice and each time, the staff was so accommodating. Everyone was beyond kind and helpful at every turn. We stayed with our dog and found the hotel to be extremely pet friendly. Despite being an animal friendly hotel, everything was immaculate. Will definitely recommend for any family and friends visiting in the future!

Ive stayed at this location in the past due to the cleanliness. The rooms used to be spotless and everyone was always friendly. This past stay, I didn’t need service, but I had left my trashcan outside of the door. When I returned, the trash had not been emptied. When asking if I could get my trash emptied along with a trash bag, I was told they did not take trash from the hallways?!?! Since when? Also, I asked for a roll of toilet paper and was told they were out. Do yourself a favor and stay across the street at the Fairfield Inn.

Always like staying here. Breakfast if very good and very comfortable. Only 1 elevator worked, but that was fine b/c we used the stairs alot.

This hotel is very easy access from I-85 with plenty of restaurants and service station very nearby. I attached pictures of the front, common / eating area, fitness center, pool, and my room. This is a very nice place with friendly staff.

In addition to great facility with a nice pool, they are the friendliest staff I have seen in years. Shay, Jayden, AJ, Lacey and Christie were super helpful, kind and genuinely happy to help. Will stay here again anytime I am in the area even if it is a longer drive to work.

Clean and nice people

It was clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast was provided which was super convenient for our short stay

The staff was really nice. We were there for a volleyball tournament and I really appreciated them having breakfast for the kids before we left. I have been to a lot of Hampton Inns that have not had breakfast out that early in the morning on weekends. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Only negative was that the room layout for me was not what I like. The bathroom door was next to the bed instead of the door being between the entrance and end of the wall. You actually had a small area between the door and the bed and it was hard to get up early and not wake up everyone in the room. I would stay here again!

Shy (the front desk representative) was absolutely top-tier in customer service and had an extraordinary attitude. He went above and beyond for me and my family and because of him, we will definitely be back! This hotel was remarkably clean, convenient and the staff was astonishing.
