I arrived at this hotel on a Sunday afternoon, immediately after check in I noticed the room smelled like mildew and it looked like there were ladies of the evening there. They changed my room, same issue. I tried to check out and they told me I would be charged for one nights stay. I asked about their 100% guarantee, they could not answer what it was. I told them I felt unsafe and they told me sorry. I checked out and went to the Holiday Inn across the street, much better and clean. The day after check out I called the corporate office for the second time. They called the hotel and spoke with the manager (Jamie) who said they had a problem with a smell from the paper mill, out of their control. I never had this conversation with anyone about a paper mill smell, it was a smell of mold in the rooms. Corporate sided with the hotel. I never smelled that smell across the street at the Holiday Inn. Hilton has just lost a customer for telling untrue statements and not backing their 100% guarantee. I would not recommend this hotel for sure!

Breakfast was very good, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Staff was great!

My booking said my total was one price, but I was charged more upon check out!

Mid trip road trip stop. Good comfortable hotel. Nice pool. Good buffet breakfast.
