We wanted to cancel the 2nd night but got caught in lies between the front desk and Expedia. I spend 100+ nights annually in hotels and will never stay in another Hampton Inn again nor will I ever use Expedia. No customer service at all and a worn down property. Shower tub leaked, hole in the wall, etc.

Bathroom was not clean. Breakfast area floor was dirty with ants eating food that was left down there. Breakfast items were not warm.

"Decent place to stay"

Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. Place was clean.

The “gym” - it’s an afterthought. The pool wasn’t great either. Never seems to fail that no matter how booked a hotel is I get put next to all the families with young kids. 7:00 a.m. and 10;00 pm noise from them screaming and running around was annoying.

"Poorly-maintained Hampton Inn"

This Hampton Inn is close to the highway just a few miles from Pueblo. It has seen better days with a creaky elevator, dated decor and some maintenance items (a soap dispenser fell off the wall). The quality of Hampton Inns depends heavily on the free breakfast. The one here starts late (6:30 am instead of 6) and was limited: a good waffle station and the standard eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal and a few cereals and pastries. But no fruit aside from some oranges. There is a decent indoor/outdoor pool and microscopic fitness room. The price was average but seemed high for a property of this quality and location.

Staff was friendly, room was fine. We paid about $128 for yhe room and at that price range i think it's worth it
