Nice and easy check in process

Door banging loud in the AM and also housekeeping walked into my room while I was sleeping 2 hours before checkout… I’m not sure why because checkout was at 11. There’s was no knock or heads up either.

This hotel is old and outdated. The room I was assigned had water marks and damage to the ceiling. Was checking in late and leaving early for business. Was there for maybe 7 hours total and when checking out 3-4 vehicles had been broken into. For a Hilton you would like the building would be better kept.

Everything was excellent but for a few minor details on the cleaning service. We had a couple of days without the body wash.

Clean, neat. Breakfast offering excellent. Sad the treadmill wasn’t operational.

I liked the location, free breakfast and that it's pet friendly!!

The hotel room we had personally seemed outdated. Overall, I felt the hotel could use remodeling. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little confusing with it being blocked off all around.

Mary at the front desk & Waymon at the breakfast area were very friendly, hospitable & helpful. The ceiling in the room was repaired, but visible. Oscar was a friendly maintenance man.
