"Power outage"

4.0

The first night was satisfactory but the second night was not. The power went out sometime during the early morning hours and was awoken by stagnant temperature. Drenched in sweat and somewhat miserable, the decision to pack up and go was made. Navigating the dark stairwell was not what we had expected but it had to be done.

We’re here due to our house was flooded! I was so pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, cleanliness and awesome service from all staff! Seriously, we are most pleased! We’ve extended our stay for another week - house not ready! 😅

"Beautiful stay indeed"

Breakfast was great, customer service was awesome, I believe that the front desk manager her name was Mary Cavasos was very nice and helpful she's amazing, and amazing staff as well..I really give them 5 stars in excellent in everything they do.

"Unsafe location"

Nice location but unsafe. I have been in this hotel a cpuple of time and always there's someone breaking into cars. I asked the front desk and they said that is always happen and they know.

"Pleasant Stay Hotel "

Stay was EXCELLENT due to a number of people who were very kind and represented the hotel very well. Especially a man who worked in maintenance. He was always asking if there's anything I need please don't hesitate to ask him

"Hotel of choice"

Hampton inn is usually my hotel of choice because the beds are very comfy, service is good and breakfast is usually satisfactory my only complaint is they need to update the toilets they are to LOW!

"Excellent"

Everything was good but in my room the toilet was not clean at all. There was poo inside the toilet that means was not clean correctly. That was the only thing was disappointed, the was good. The person in the counter was very courteous.
