"Bathroom not clean"

Staff was unfriendly. The bathroom was not clean and there were many hairs in the shower that were not mine. The alarm clock in the room next-door went crazy at 2:30 AM and the staff was rude and slow to respond to the situation

"Amazing stay!"

The hotel was amazing. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant and bar were amazing and the food was out of this world. The restaurant was extremely busy yet the food was still top notch. My hotel room was amazing as well. We just checked out of the Hilton in another state and came to this hotel in Pittsburgh. The quality of the room was amazing and the mattresses were to die for. This room was levels above our prior hotel room at the other chain. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay at the airport. The only thing i’ll say is that if you are handicap yourself or have a family member who is, the walk from the parking lot to the elevators and to your room can be a distance so prepare for that. Other than that, I have no complaints.

"Its ok"

The shuttle staff were really helpful and friendly. The check-in/out staff were completely the opposite. I found a hair in a "clean" bathtub and the pillows were old and yellow. I wish hygiene and customer service was better, could do with being sa little family friendlier. I stayed here because I was arriving late and didnt want a long drive anywhere else after a very long journey with kids. I do like the fact that there is an airport shuttle.

"It wasn’t a good experience."

The air conditioner didn’t work in the room. The food at the restaurant is over priced and not good.

It should have more restaurants in it.
