"Great airport stay"

Great hotel stay for flights in and out of Pittsburgh International Airport. The shuttle service is very convenient. Hotel has a nice clean sent, beds are fantastic. There is a farm to table restaurant on site, however we did not visit so I am not able to comment . I would stay again especially for the redeye flight.

"Thieves amongst the staff!!!!"

I left my airpods in my room. I immediately left a message on their lost and found voicemail because I couldn't speak with a real person. Nothing! Upon my return, I spoke with the front desk at the hotel showing them screenshots of the location of my airpods. An employee never turned them in to lost and found. My airpods have been traveling back and forth to work at the Hyatt for days now.

"The airport hotel that isn’t."

This used to be the best option for PIT but sadly I can’t think of what I’d stay at this hotel again. This hotel had direct access to the terminal which is what made it super appealing. That access is now gone and you need to take a shuttle from the hotel to the airport which the hotel is directly connected to…. The point of a hotel connecting to the airport is pretty simple, then PIT did a remodel and that option is gone. What a shame, we were regulars and enjoyed the convenience.
