Location and staff good

Toilet didn’t flush and kept blocking. Duvet in bed was quite old Hotel looking a little tired and now not as attractive now that not accessible from new terminal as easily.

"Too far from new airport"

This hotel used to be right next to the rental cars and terminal entrance. It now requires a shuttle. The premium price for this hotel was justified when no shuttle was needed.....price is too high as off site shuttles to simular hotels are not much further away.

Location

Noise and the restaurant didn't have some food and it took forever. Over an hour to be told they didn't have fish. Noise was from 10p to 1am. 200 rate for no sleep

"Not worth the money"

We previously stayed at this hotel for the convenience of walking to the terminal. Since the remodel of the airport, this is no longer the case. You need to shuttle to the airport. There are many less expensive options close to the airport that offer a shuttle.

"Not the same"

With the new terminal, the convenience of the hotel has completely gone away. Waited for the shuttle for 20 mins and called the hotel to even see if it ran and no one answered the entire 20 mins. Room smelled and when picking up the phone to complain it was broken making weird screeching sounds. The QR code for room service brought me to a random YouTube site. I was too tired to walk down and even complain. The morning breakfast Buffett had stale bread, and mass produced egg sandwiches which were definitely all reheated from days past. The waitress was very polite but too much to overcome. The hotel has really let itself go and with the inconvenience of the new shuttle, I will be not be staying again.
