"Disappointing that I needed to wait in the cold for a shuttle to the hotel."

Clean, updated room

I only stay here when I fly into Pit because my flight comes in late at night and I like the convenience of walking to the Hyatt and getting my rental car the next day. With the new terminal, I'm no longer able to do that. With the high price of this hotel and no longer having the convenience to justify it, I'll be making other plans on my next flight. Also, the restaurant was very cold and the food isn't worth the price.
