Clean and relatively convenient. Quiet. relaxing

It's frustrating to be SO close to the terminal and not be able to walk there anymore. Given how expensive the hotel is compared to other nearby corporate chain hotels, the staff are indifferent at best and there ought to AT LEAST be coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day. There's a reason people stay at an airport hotel and the hours aren't typical. Some kind of light continental breakfast or other all day snack should also come with that price.

I the past loved the easy location of on the airport but now you have to shuttle- very inconvenient and cost more the regular hotel

"Hyatt disgusting bed"

Our flight was delayed so we got in around 1am. The shuttle service was great. We walked outside and there was a shuttle. We went immediately to bed and got up in the morning for a business meeting. When we turned the lights on we could see stains on the bed. It was so gross. If we would have seen it at night we would have asked for a different room. I was grossed out at that point and wanted to get out of the hotel.
