This Hampton has been our first choice for years and years of visits to OSV, Brimfield and as a stop off for trips further North. Great location, great service, great breakfast, clean and quiet. Everything in great working order. Love the Renovations and New Look! Highly recommend a stay. Note: photos show one VERY zoomed in spot near the tub base-hardly noticeable but full disclosure. This spot did NOT interrupt our stay in any way. We look forward to our next visit!

"Great location, quiet, clean, and friendly."

Great staff, good breakfast and eating area. I also liked that it not only looked clean but it also didn't have old little issues ei peeling wallpaper, discolored grout or dirty floor corners. But, the best thing was we were helped by your staff with my mom who suffered a broken hip while in town. They gave us items that would make our trip in the car, back to Michigan, more comfortable for my 89yo mother who just had hip surgery. THANK YOU!

I booked through Bookings.com and the description of the hotel says "no pets". I always look for that since I am allergic to dogs. After a sleepless night due to sneezing and a stuffed up nose, I literally ran into two dogs in the hall. Obviously the Bookings.com description was wrong, because when I went to your website it says "pet friendly". Bookings.com will be hearing from me.

The breakfast was good.

I was charged 2x for the taxes. I reserved through Booking. Com. The guy checking me in said I didn’t pay the room taxes, but I tried to show him my email I got when I reserved room he wouldn’t look at it and said Booking is ripping me off. I was on vacation and this would have been the 4th Hampton I stayed at in a span of a week and a half and I did not have any issues with any other one before this. ( Sturbridge Massachusetts) Either the hotel or the host needed that 25$ they took from me more than I did…
