My husband thought the breakfast was great!

Our stay was comfortable was clean and nice. Only thing we didn't lkle was the hot tub really wasn't hot.

Got a good deal on booking, for what might be called full service hotel. Had a large room which was equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave and a mini fridge (whcih is great if you're traveling and have to store food) Coffee/tea is also available all the time in the lobby. Location wise - it's close to 20 West and the 131 and the 84 West. Because I was in the car too long I wanted to stretch so I walked from the Inn to the Publick House (which took me about 15-18 minutes) The desk attendant at Hapmton gave me a 10% discount card for dinner there and I would recommend the Publick House for dinner to anyone -- even vegetarians. If, however, you somehow miss dinner somewhere and need something, you can buy microwavable dinners and pizza from the front desk, along with treats and other needs. Sadly, I was too tired to partake of the pool, or fitness room, so can't rate. Breakfast had many options from cold cereals, hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, bacon, sweets, toast, juices, etc. Bathroom was good size and equipped with the refillable soaps, etc. Nice feature was the bathroom night light. plenty of towels. (Re: eating: though not in sturbridge, on your way to or from sturbridge on the 84, I recommend the Traveler Book Shop Restaurant in Union Ct. -- it's about 5 miles away. Check for days and hours open though.)

Hot tub is supposed to be hot, not the same temperature as the pool. The woman worker when we checked in was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

Very comfortable room and bed. Nicely laid out room. We stayed in a king bed room with a couch. Clean and comfortable.

Room facing the freeway so there was lots of road noise.

The property was beautiful to look at because it was clean and all looks new. They also had a pool and a jacuzzi which is super nice as well as breakfast if you’re trying to save money.

I rented the room for my daughters 4th birthday and was pleased to find they offered so much but after setting up the entire room with balloons and gifts and food for the stay I then had walked around the room trying every outlet which only one worked over by the lamp on the desk across from the beds which were super stiff and uncomfortable might as well have slept in my car so not convenient for the price I paid or for a family of 3 with own stuff. I was also woken up in the middle of the night to what sounded like dripping of water and woke up to the floor soaked all around the AC and all our belongings were wet. We went downstairs to try and talk with a manager on situation and they said one was not available that they would let them know the message and they will reach out if they felt necessary. We then tried to go swimming and all three of us felt we were chemically being burned by the jacuzzi/pool water so we couldnt even enjoy facilities for more than an hour.

easy on and off the highway. centrally located to shops and dining. nice spacious rooms, comfortable bedding. clean inside and out- especially the pool and breakfast area.
