"Short 5 day vacation"

The desk staff were excellent, especially Nolan. The accessible room was tight for a wheelchair with king bed and large overstuffed chair protruding into walking space. Breakfast was okay except their trash bin was placed next to a table where people ate.

room was clean and quiet

We reserved and paid for a KING room in advance and were annoyed that our "reservation" was NOT honored since we were provided a double queen room instead because the desk clerk said they did not have any king rooms available when we checked in on our "reserved" date....what is the point of making a specific reservation if it is NOT honored?
