Delicious & plentiful breakfast & they provide a breakfast box instead if you’re going off early on safari. Well designed & furnished hotel with zen music playing. Reasonably priced.

No safe or mosquito net. Pool area across a small road from the main hotel which felt a bit disjointed. No washing machine as advertised. Quite a walk in the heat to the lake & the Stupa (Tissa Dagoba)

Zona piscina bellissima, struttura in generale molto ben tenuta, così come le camere molto pulite. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e siamo stati bene, ci hanno offerto anche il gelato.

Non troppo vicino al parco di Yala, l’acqua della piscina potrebbe essere leggermente più calda.

Attractive. Spacious. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into its modern design. Room was spotless & comfortable. Pool area - just across the road - is well maintained & inviting. The property arranged a half day Jeep tour of Yala National Park. The driver & guide, Mari, was excellent, doing his utmost to draw our attention to what we could not ‘spot’.

Just the one mistake. Booked us for a tour of Yala instead of the quieter Bundala that we had asked for. Never mind! Mari more than made up for the error.

Our entire experience deserves a 10. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The room might feel slightly dark, but there are plenty of lights available, so this was not an issue for us. We really enjoyed the dinner as well, which meant we did not need to leave the hotel in the evening. It was delicious. We also loved relaxing by the swimming pool. The service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. The staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. We also booked a morning safari to Yala National Park through the hotel. They prepared a breakfast box for us in a beautiful wooden box, and it was absolutely delicious. Our driver and guide, Nishan, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the animals, and you can clearly see that this is his passion. We were lucky enough to see a leopard, as well as elephants, crocodiles, water buffaloes, deer, and many different bird species. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend both the hotel and the safari to anyone visiting Yala!
