Jacir Palace Hotel Bethlehem

Belle établissement mais pas de restauration possible le midi et le soir. Seul un bar d ouvert jusque tard le soir. Toutes les activités sont fermés sauf la piscine dont le mobilier est vétuste. Personnel très agréable et bâtiment très beau avec une histoire.

It's old and huge hotel looks like castle and considers as historical place to enjoy your time in, but there are a lot of insects moving in my bedroom and flying around and my room was dark and when we asked the reception twice to exchange the 4 burned bulbs in our room, no body showed up through the five nights we have been spent . I don't recommend it at all.

Rooms are very old and most of the amenities are missing, no kettle, no water, no iron... Smell in the ground floor is terrible on the way to the pool. Restaurants inside the hotel are closed. And they offer you delivery service from outside and charge you 10% on each delivery, and if they get your order wrong, they tell you they cannot do anything about it I rate them as 1 star hotel maximum

This year, I traveled again to Israel and I ve stayed at the same hotel! It was a great disappointment. Where are the good food, the clean rooms and the soft towels? We had the very very used towels, the same no varied and no tasted food in every day. The staff not so kind like at the first our visit .I am sorry to say all of these, but I couldn t believe it. I hope they will finish the renovation and the future guests will be satisfied!

Young lady at reception was very helpful in giving directions. Breakfast choices need improvement for this class of hotel.

Very good like a palace, beautiful garden. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Historic building with great facilities but not well maintained or cleaned. I was disappointed with the stay and it did not represent value for money. Would not recommend.

Fabulous stay in a shabby, sheek hotel with an amazing pool! Stayed for a week. Visited the Dead Sea, Old Jerusalem, Manger Square, Holocaust Museum, the Walled Off Hotel (Banksy Hotel), the Wall to see the art. Lots of lazy time by the pool.

Understandably a bit faded at the edges. Good location and now more geared to groups and local weddings.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel needs a bit of repair, but overall is was good. It had a very nice gym; which we do not find in many hotels in Middle East or Europe.
