The location of the resort is amazing except that we missed the time of the year when the resort is fully covered in snow. Hopefully the next trip will be planned covering this to enjoy.

There was nothing that upset us or bothered us. Exceptional service available all around the day.

Service has to reach the excellent level. Though everyone used to respond immediately, there was no effective service carried out

Dining hall could have been more bigger, so also the Chinatown - the coffee shop. They are not sufficient for their full strength
