"Would love to revisit, would recommend staying in the Deluxe Rooms (newly constructed)."

Great location, extremely courteous and responsive staff. We had a medical emergency and the staff was so responsive they got the medicines arranged in the dead of the night as well.

The Premium Palace Suite could have been better, found the cheaper Deluxe Room actually better in terms of view (faces the lake and mountains) and finishing since it is a new construction.
