"I would choose Taj Dal View over Lalit Palace next time."

Breakfast was good.

TV was terrible. Very limited channels. WiFi was not so good. Kept going out quite often.

The location is excellent with close proximity to the Dal lake & other prominent landmarks. The brightest part is the restaurant staff especially Walsrino,Shristi, Chef Sudarshan, Jasudev. They are all doing an excellent job & going the extra mile to ensure that each & every one is well attended at the restaurant.

The reception staff seem to be in a different zone of their own. They should rather be smiling & welcoming guests. The spa service is the worst we have experienced in any five star properties. After checking in, my wife had booked hair treatment services for the 3rd day of stay but surprisingly when we had called them on the third day for the service then we were told that the salon was closed for that day. It would have been nice had we been informed earlier.
