"Lovely hotel in SF"

Lovely hotel in a nice area of SF. Very close to the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Hotel was nicely appointed. Our room with Kitchenette was a spacious. Helpful staff at front desk. Bar next door served great drinks. We would highly recommend.

Location

Dated, no valet, overpriced and promoted as a boutique luxury hotel. Unfortunately, it is not. No restaurant. No valet. Pricey for the area.

"San Francisco visit"

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close to many sites. We appreciated the covered parking area. Room was clean and comfortable. The area seems very safe and lots of people enjoying the restaurants and shops nearby. We will stay here again on our next trip

"Staff went way out of their way to help!"

I had to mail a package unexpectedly while staying at the Laurel Inn, I just texted the staff and they went and found boxes for me until they got one that was just the perfect size! They really went above and beyond, I don't think they actually had to do that. Would 10/10 stay there again.
