"Best location in Killarney"

Location is superb. Service is good and professional. The hotel has great ambience. The Termal Suite is well worth a visit. Breakfasts are outstanding.

"Fantastic stay"

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and situated just outside Killarney on a lake over looking the mountains, stunning. The staff were brilliant, attentive and friendly. The food was great and well priced. We will back!

"Love it!"

This was our second time staying this year and everything was just as good as last time, if not better. We're already planning our next visit. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The food is absolutely stunning and the location is gorgeous. I'm looking forward to our next visit already.

"Lovely"

As with our previous stay a lovely break (prior to the Gap of Dunloe Marathon). The room was lovely as was the food. Staff, great, especially Pavel. The only negative which is significant as I was awaiting important emails. The computer in the library failed to connect to the internet every time during our three night stay, shambolic.

"Special Engagement Location"

On our annual trip to the Lake Hotel this year we got engaged at the castle ruins on the lake. It was so special after coming to the hotel the past 8 years. The staff, the food, the warmth, the service is beyond amazing! Will definitely be back to celebrate all the big occasions in the future as always!

"I had a lovely stay in your hotel. I loved my room-looking out at the beautiful lakes. The bed was really comfortable."

Beautiful room with a stunning view of the lakes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and cosy. The food was lovely. I didn't avail of the amenities unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in killarney.
