Best Western Aspen Hotel

The hotel was nice and clean!

The A/C in our bedroom was loud and kept waking us up! The whirlpool had 2 broken knobs on it! The room description said it was 1 king bed and 2 sofa sleepers, there was only one sofa sleeper.

Comfortable room and furnished with all necessities. Fridge had freezer. Sink IN nicely remodeled bathroom. Restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked breakfast buffet. First biscuits and gravy we've seen offered in a long while.

Lots of units outside our only window, an eyesore from indoors and outdoors. Made for excessive noise when we were unfortunate enough to be there during a hailstorm.. Lobby and dining area very 60s, charming for some, dated for others.

Convenient and nice other than the tub

Paid for a jacuzzi room for our honeymoon yet couldn’t use it because tub wouldn’t hold 2 inches of water also tub looked pretty rough everything else was fine but the tub sure could use some TLC or replacing

This was my 2nd stay here and the staff has been great both times!!!!

There were some mold spots above the bathtub and my sister's room across the hall also had the same spots!!

Good location. Easy checking in.

The woman working the front desk needs to pay attention to what she is doing, I was in town to take my physical therapy board exam. My mom wanted to help me out and use her credit card to help pay for my room. I’m a student and don’t have of money. We went through this whole process of my mom emailing a picture of her ID and the credit card for us to use and then after all that the lady at the front still charged the wrong card. I immediately went back to the front and made her fix but because of her screw up the charge is pending in my account and I didn’t have hardly any money for food which was the entire reason for us going through that process. She didn’t even act like she was sorry for her mistake, over the hotel itself was good and maybe she is usually better but her screw up could have easily been avoided if she had just paid attention. It’s been 2 days and that money is still not back in my account.
