Place was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was atypical. Good coffee, waffles, yogurt. Rotating menu for bacon/sausage every other day. Close to restaurants with good staff. The aesthetics were a bit retro to me. I would love to stay here again but...

I count on a hot shower when I am out of town working. Hot water was a fantasy I left at home. This water could barely be called warm and um... its December. In a hotel I want good vibes, breakfast, decent infrastructure, clean and A hot shower. A hot shower is a non negotiable for me. It's the most basic thing a hotel can provide.

"I have asked for a refund because we had no hot water for the second shower in the morning."

Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was broken.

We had no hot water for second shower in the morning and the first shower was not as hot as we would have liked. Consequently I have asked the manager for a full or partial refund for our one night's stay.

The bed was extremely comfy! The jetted tub felt amazing! The tub/ shower was HUGE and that was a plus as im a bigger guy. The room was amazing for the price! And love how my friend and I was able to get a room on the ground floor. I have bad knees and didn't even think to ask for a ground floor room. Staff was amazing and friendly! Definitely gotta come again sometime soon!

"I’ll be staying at another hotel the next time I am in Fort Smith."

It’s in walking distance from many restaurants.

The hotel smelled very bad on the second floor and also there was mold growing in the bathroom.
