Best Western Aspen Hotel

I liked how quiet it was and easy to locate

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. The jacuzzi tub was dirty

Decent bed

Toilet ran. Ice machines broke...2 months in a row. No remote in my room- told staff. They did not apologize or fix the issue.

I was told I could check in at 3 o’clock. I arrived to check in and was told that there are no rooms clean. When I told him just to give me my license and credit card back and I would cancel the reservation and go somewhere else she refused to give them back to me While she had housekeeping go upstairs and look and see if my room was clean. Housekeeping came back downstairs and said yes it’s clean so I checked in and got upstairs and no the room was not clean. Housekeeping was just getting started on my room. The entire place smelled as stale smoke, the air conditioner in the room, barely worked, the carpet in the room was wet and when I went to use the jetted tub, a huge clump of hair came out of the jet. Will never stay here again. I don’t see how they stay open

The breakfast was good, we arrived late and checked out early, so no other comments

This was an ok place to stay, the only complaint is the fan in the bathroom was loud and ridiculously noisy. No way to turn it off without turning out the light.
