The room we were in didn’t have bedding, staff was rude when I asked for bedding, pillow cases and sheets looked used, fire alarm woke our whole family up earlier than planned, made breakfast time get cut short and there was barley any breakfast options. Have stayed here multiple times but have never had a stay like this

"Doesn't even begin to compare to the Crystal Inn in Brigham City."

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. I felt that the choices were limited. The location was fine. The room was not clean. We moved to a different room--when I saw sticky handprints on the mirror I wasn't sure the room had even been cleaned. The 2nd room wasn't much better. Both rooms had filthy entry floors. The method of mopping is not working to get up the dirt. I saw the maid cart and all she has to mop with is a swiffer with a towel tied around it. I assume she sprays the floor and goes over it with the swiffer. It is not working. There were hairs and dirt on both floors. I actually mopped the floor so I felt like I could walk on it.

See above paragraph. I don't want to type it again. Not sure what kind of mattresses you have. We slept fine even though the bed was lumpy. The shower was good as were the towels. Front desk who checked us in couldn't have been more bored. The man at the desk when we checked out was very happy and pleasant. Totally different than check in.
