Prettt clean just not sure if i would stay again

The staff was excellent! My flight landed earlier than the check-in time, and I called to check if my room was available yet. It wasn't but the person working the front desk upgraded my room so that I could check-in early.

The room was overall clean, there were only a few things that were left over. Like the trash was not taken out in the kitchen, but it only had a few things in it. And the shower had some hair and the cap to a razor still left it.

I liked the bathtub and the convenient location so close to the airport. But the beds were awful! The mattresses were completely worn out, like sleeping on a bean bag. I hardly slept and couldn’t wait to get out of bed. The pillows stank, the halls smelled and the tv didnt work. I won’t stay there again

This property really needs updating, but it is clean and walking distance to the Juneau airport

No coffee maker in the room. You have to request one be brought to you. Odd

Hotel is directly across the parking lot from Juneau International Airport so perfect place to stay if coming in late or leaving super early. It's a 5 min walk to the front door of the airport. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had lots of space. Desk agent had the hair dryer I needed and there is vending machines for snacks and drinks. The bed was ok for one night but I'm not sure about staying much longer than that.. it seemed a bit worn. Otherwise, great stay.
