Comfortable bed, quiet area, good lighting and easy access to shops

The remote for the TV didn't work, but all in all, no problems. The construction on the roads made leaving a little challenging, but I know that's not something the hotel can control.

The room was clean and comfortable with great heating for the icy/snowy weather we were having.

The one thing I think would have made it better is if the room had a coffee pot. I definitely missed being able to make a cup of coffee!!

Housekeeping cleaned my room and changed my towels every day. The reception staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

When I checked in the first night, my room had someone else's bag in it. I had to request another room. The hallway smelled of weed and other substances. One night, someone was frantically knocking on my door. Since I didn't recognize them from the peep hole, I asked who it was and they immediately started heading towards the elevator pretending to be on a phone call. This felt really unsafe to me.
