"NO DOGS OR ANY KIND OF PET!!"

You should NEVER allow animals / pets in these hotels. EVER! You put us on a floor where there was multiple dogs in rooms around us. Never again will i stay at this hotel.

Facility seemed fine. The staff was rude. I booked online and accidentally selected the wrong day and it would not let me change it and your staff wasn’t helpful at all. He’s very rude and disrespectful and offered no help at all. There was only a days difference in my selection it was an honest mistake And I was charged the full price without refund that’s wrong. I will not be booking with y’all again.
